Varustekassi.com products are sold by Varustekassi.com Finland. We sell products to adult individuals in Europe. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.


How to order

The products are ordered on the website by transferring the products to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the cash desk. All customer information will be treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any confusion therein. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions. By ordering from the online store, you agree to the terms of delivery in force.

Orders will be confirmed by e-mail indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.


Payment options

The products and their shipping costs will be paid when ordering.

We use Paypal, Checkout Finland and Jousto payment services. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Checkout Finland Oy or similar, your payment will be sent to us through a payment service provider.
E-commerce acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to a customer.

Shipping method, shipping costs and delivery time

The delivery method may be a Parcel post. Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view shipping costs by selecting the Payment and Shipping method for your Shopping Cart.

Our most common delivery times to Finland are less than 5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. European delivery times are most commonly 3-12 business days. For more specific times, please refer to product options.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any consequential damage caused by delays. Abnormal delivery times are announced on the webstore pages.

We charge 20.00 EUR for non-retrieved shipments, upon return of the item to the sender. Failure to collect a shipment is not an order cancellation, but must be specifically agreed upon or returned within the terms of the return.


Right of cancellation and refund terms

The customer has the right to cancel and return a 14-day order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and marketable products in their original packaging. Fill out the cancellation form, or request an email with a customer return ID, and indicate your intention to return.

When returning, provide at least the following information:
· Your name, address and telephone number
· Your bank account number
· Reason of returning

We do not receive refunds more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been approved and processed, we will confirm it in writing by email.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract unequivocally, for example, by using the cancellation form attached to your order receipt notice (or by letter, fax or email). The cancellation deadline expires after 14 days. In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse you for any service we receive from you, including any shipping costs. We will refund payments promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will make refunds primarily with the payment method you have used in the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise, and in any event at no cost to you.



If the product is lost during transportation, damaged or otherwise does not correspond to the customer's order, the customer must report the defect immediately, at the latest within 14 days, to info@varustekassi.com

If the package is damaged in the mail or delivery, the product must be immediately complained to the post office or travel agent.
